* Estas ruinas se encuentran a unos 30 Km al Sur de la ciudad de Lima, cerca al pueblo de Lurín. El origen de la ciudad sagrada de Pachacamac fue preinca pero fue conquistada pacíficamente por los Incas en la segunda mitad del siglo quince.
Algunas de las construcciones fueron realizadas bajo el dominio incaico.

* These ruins are located at around 20 miles south from the city of Lima, near the town of Lurín. The origin of the sacred city of Pachacamac was pre-inca but it was peacefully conquered by the Incas in the second half of the fifteenth century.
Some of the buildings were constructed under the Inca rule.
